Belt scale Inspect WLY 2.02 provides material weighing and batching transported by belt conveyors. Weighing is ensured by zouble-row weighing stand with installed tensometric load cell Inspect TSG. The scale is equipped also with belt speed sensor Inspect Speed2 which ensures accurate weighing also when speed of the belt has changed. Measured data from load cell and speed sensor are processed in Inspect MCP2 Belt electronics that is located on belt conveyor. Except the amount of transported material, belt scale Inspect can provide also other valuable information which can be displayed and stored on PC. Data transfer to PC can be cable or wireless - GSM data transfer with unlimited coverage and every belt scale on site connected to internet OR wireless data transfer in 433 Mhz band and 1000 m coverage.
