Inspect Co. has been manufacturing strain gauge load cells since 1988. When designing load cells, we utilize our long-term experience and we also co-operate with American company VISHAY Measurements Group.
Upon request, we manufacture also other shapes of load cells designed for specific conditions of users, for instance: load cells for manipulating robots, load cells beneath mill stand, load cells for strengths measuring in helicopter hanging equipment, load cells for weaving looms, load cells for measuring stands, load cells for measuring tension in trolley wires, load cells for fine mechanics of robots, etc.
- Strain gauge load cells:
- provides static and dynamic strength or deformation measuring in various applications
- are manufactured in accuracy class C and in conjunction with evaluation electronics fulfill conditions for technological or trade scales
- register changes of body shape affected by force with metallic strain gauges connected in full Wheatstone bridge
- have compensation of temperature impacts and shift of zero and sensitivity
- are individually tested in testing laboratories of INSPECT Co. in accordance with EN 45 501 and international directive OIML R 60
- are provided with 3m long, 6 conductor cable with screening
