Overload detector for lift
Overload detector for lift - WMD LIFT 03 - protects lift from unpermitted overloading with transported load. It consists of following components:
- Load cells
- Processing and evaluation electronics
- Cables
Load cells
Overload detector WMD LIFT 03 uses load cells INSPECT TSG 062 which can monitor load pressure. Standard is that they are mounted beneath the lift floor.
These load cells are manufactured in following capacities: 100, 320, 630, 1 000, 2 000, 3 200 kg
Processing and evaluation electronics
Electronics PRET 03 is used to measure force from one or more tensometric load cells. This electronics is equipped with LCD display which is used to set individual parameters of device and as indicator of measured values. The electronics includes also three default limits and one input for blocking and zeroing. Adjustments and calibration is done by IR calibrator. In the case of different scale location than the floor of lift, it is necessary to use junction box.

Measuring cables are used to connect electronics with load cells and junction box.
