The control system is the brain of the technology — this is where dosing accuracy, production cycle and repeatability of the result are decided. We write software to fit the process, not the other way round, and we concentrate on what INSPECT is built on: accurate weighing and dosing.
We build control applications on industrial PLCs. We control dosing (the coarse and fine dosing streams), monitor weights and provide interlocks and safe states for the technology. The aim is a process that runs just as reliably on every shift.
We give operators a clear visualisation — recipes, machine status, alarms and batch progress in one place. Process data is archived and made available for traceability, planning and maintenance.
The software is the last layer of engineering on top of the electrical documentation, and it is directly connected to servicing and metrological inspection, which keep its accuracy over time.
