Planned servicing, emergency call-outs and optimisation of the technology — one partner for the mechanical, electrical and software side of your plant.
Unplanned downtime is the most expensive kind of fault. A service contract therefore shifts the centre of gravity from fire-fighting to prevention — regular maintenance, timely replacement of worn parts and continuous optimisation of technology we know intimately, because we often supplied it ourselves.
We carry out servicing to an agreed plan — with spare parts prepared and additional work proposed in advance, to reduce the number of visits. When a fault occurs we respond promptly, including outside working hours where needed.
Under a single contract you have mechanical fitters, welders and maintenance technicians at your disposal, as well as specialists in electrical, software and control systems. You do not have to coordinate several suppliers — responsibility for keeping the technology running sits in one place.
We also use servicing for improvement. Based on real operating conditions we propose modifications to the mechanics and to the software that increase reliability and accuracy. A complement to the contract is metrological inspection, which watches over weighing accuracy.
We will help you minimise downtime and hold your quality standard.
