At the core of our work is accurate dosing and processing of both bulk and liquid materials. We build lines so that the result is repeatable batch after batch — regardless of the operator, the shift or the time of day. Recipe accuracy is directly tied to weighing and metrological inspection, which keep the quality of the process stable over time.
We design dosing and mixing lines around the required recipe, cycle time and accuracy. Material is weighed on strain-gauge load cells, dosed gravimetrically or volumetrically, and mixed in a homogenising stage with a defined mixing time and profile.
For series production we supply automatic production lines in which the individual operations follow one another without manual intervention — from raw material intake through dosing and processing to final inspection. The control system maintains the cycle, monitors the condition of the machines and provides operating data for both planning and maintenance.
Where no standard machine exists, we design and build a custom single-purpose machine — from concept and mechanical design through manufacturing to commissioning at your site. Typically these are operations that need to be made faster, more accurate or fully automatic, but for which the market has no off-the-shelf answer.
