That is why we combine our packaging solutions with weighing — every pack is weighed, checked and recorded, so the customer gets exactly what they paid for and you have the evidence for claims and for metrological records.
We design filling and bagging machines for a range of formats and materials — from fine powders to coarser granulates. We handle accurate dosing into the sack, closing it and moving it on for further handling.
For high-volume packing we supply big bag filling stations with weighing, clamping and support for even filling. We design the stations with the ergonomics of the operator in mind and with a smooth handover to palletising and removal.
At the end of the line we verify the weight by checkweighing and reject any pack outside tolerance before it is dispatched. Weighing points in dispatch — including weighing equipment and load cells — provide data for records, invoicing and quality monitoring.
