On turnkey projects we take responsibility for the entire chain — from the first process design to the handover of a working plant. The customer deals with a single partner who stands behind the result as a whole, rather than a set of partial deliveries that have to be reconciled afterwards.
A project starts with process design and engineering — the civil, mechanical and electrical parts as well as the control system. Working from that documentation we manufacture the mechanical assemblies and prepare the delivery so that installation on site runs quickly and without improvisation.
On site we take care of installation, interconnection and commissioning of the technology, including the setup of weighing and dosing. We hand the plant over tested, with trained operators and complete documentation.
Our cooperation does not end at handover. It continues with servicing and metrological inspection, which keep the technology in condition, minimise downtime and protect the accuracy of the process throughout its life cycle.
