A weighbridge suits production and trading sites that need continuous, accurate weights of the loads passing through.
Weighbridges are for sites that need to weigh whole lorries — on the way in, on the way out, or both. They are supplied as legal-for-trade instruments with official verification, so the readings hold up in commercial use.
The deck is built in reinforced concrete or steel, either pit-mounted flush with the road or surface-mounted with ramps. The choice depends on the space, the subsoil and whether civil work on site is possible at all.
The bridge can be supplied with one or two weighing ranges. With two, the finer interval covers lower weights and the coarser one full load — so the scale is more accurate across the range actually used most.
We supply the computing hardware, software and peripherals with the bridge: weight ticket printing, vehicle records and weighing logs for further processing. How far that goes depends on whether the bridge is only for internal checking or feeds invoicing.
